Nursery Manager Nurse Seekers are proud to be working on behalf of an excellent Nursery in Greenwich who are looking for a new Nursery Manager for their team! This fantastic Nursery Group are seeking a new member of staff who needs to maintain strong organisation skills and attention to detail and display resourcefulness to ensure the setting has the right culture. They are also a seeking Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner! For this position you are required to have: Early years education and care qualification to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Experience in a leadership capacity Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally Experience with nursery administration (children invoices, payroll and timesheets) Competent PC user (word processing, spreadsheets, emails) Experience in providing staff training Main duties and responsibilities Conducting thorough risk assessments of the nursery environment and effectively ensures that relevant Health and Safety legislation is adhered to at the setting Ensuring the highest standards of childcare are delivered at the setting Consistently ensuring nursery operations adhere to Learning policies and procedures Conducting regular staff supervisions, and creates plans for staff development Delivering high setting occupancy, promoting the setting th…
