Hours: Full or Part Time, Permanent

£500 Sign-On Bonus – payable after three months’ employment

Nurse Seekers are currently looking for dedicated Care Assistants to join a well-established residential care home in Walkeringham. Both day and night shifts are available.

Shift Patterns:

  • Days: 7am–7pm, 3–4 shifts per week, including alternate weekends
  • Nights: 7pm–7am, 3 shifts per week, including alternate weekends

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents with their day-to-day lives and ensuring they receive a high standard of care in a safe, respectful and comfortable environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
  • Supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity and choice.
  • Promoting residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Developing positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
  • Completing daily care documentation to a high standard.
  • Maintaining all mandatory training requirements.

About the Home

The home is situated in the village of Walkeringham, approximately five miles west of Gainsborough. Set within around two acres of landscaped grounds, the home combines a traditional, homely setting with modern accommodation and provides residential and dementia care for up to 41 residents.
