About the role
We are looking for a caring, compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our friendly team at our residential care home in Westward H0! As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our residents to live happy, comfortable and fulfilling lives. You’ll provide high-quality personal care and practical support while treating every resident with dignity, kindness and respect. No two days are the same, and you’ll be part of a supportive team where your contribution really matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines
- Helping with meals, drinks and activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Promoting residents’ independence, dignity and choice
- Supporting residents to enjoy social activities and community life
- Following care plans, safeguarding procedures and health and safety requirements

- Kind, patient and genuinely passionate about caring for others
