Homelessness/Temp Residency Support Worker At Nurseplus, every shift you work is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those in need.
You'll be providing high-quality care in one of our new Client settings.
You'll also become part of a compassionate team where every contribution counts with the opportunity to support in some of our other client settings too!
Join Nurseplus and Make a Difference Every Day We are currently looking for individuals who would be able to support with one of our new clients who support those who have been homeless and/or are in temporary residence.
What You'll Be Doing In this role you will be responsible for completing support plans, general admin such as offering support as and when needed with tenancy management, budgeting, sign posting etc.
Other duties include visiting different properties to inspect/advise of any repairs needed and reporting any concerns.
Experience is preffered for this role but previous support work/care experience is considered.
De-escalation skills desirable as well as good communication skills, organisation skills and the desire to help others.
