Job Duties:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to patients in a healthcare setting
  • Assisting with daily activities such as feeding, bathing, and dressing patients
  • Monitoring and recording patient vital signs
  • Assisting healthcare professionals with medical procedures
  • Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Required Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures
  • Driver with access to a vehicle

Education: Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths

Experience: Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to follow instructions and protocols
  • Empathy and compassion towards patients
  • Basic IT skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • First Aid certification
