Join Nurseplus as a Support Worker. Are you an experienced Residential Support Worker looking for flexible opportunities in Eastbourne? Successful candidates may have experience working with:
- Mental health or CAMHS settings
- Self-harm and suicide risk
- Ligature risk management
- Autism spectrum conditions, including high-functioning ASD
- Learning disorders
- Emotional crisis management
- Anxiety disorders
- Intervention and restraint
Previous experience with Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is essential. We're keen to connect with individuals who hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), or are Level 2 working towards the qualification, or have significant experience supporting children and young people with highly complex needs.
Opportunities may be available across a variety of shift patterns, including full-time, part-time, days, nights and weekends, depending on service requirements.
