\We are now looking for a dedicated and organised Care Coordinator to join our Andover team and support the smooth delivery of care services across the local area.
As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating care packages and managing staff rotas to ensure our clients receive safe, effective, and high-quality care.
Coordinate and schedule care staff to meet client needs efficiently
Manage rotas and ensure all care visits are covered
Support the onboarding and ongoing support of care workers
Maintain accurate records and care schedules
Respond to changes in care requirements and staffing needs
Ensure services are delivered in line with company policies and care standards
Previous experience in care coordination, healthcare, or scheduling roles preferred
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
