About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Source, interview, and register healthcare candidates including nurses, healthcare assistants, and support workers.

- Conduct candidate compliance checks in line with company and industry standards.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates.

- Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota as required.
Requirements
