Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assist with nutritional needs.
  • Administer medication in accordance with each client’s care plan.
  • Offer companionship to clients and support them to live independently in their own homes.
  • Deliver care in accordance with each client’s individual care plan, tailored to their needs.

Qualifications:

  • You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
  • Strong communication skills and a good standard of English are required.
  • Enhanced DBS check is required (application available upon registration).

As a Homecare Assistant with Nurseplus Care at home, you’ll have the opportunity to provide compassionate care directly in clients’ homes, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, complex care needs, mental health conditions, dementia, or elderly clients.
