The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Nurseplus, you’ll be at the heart of our operation — sourcing, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals into temporary and permanent roles. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure the best possible match with our candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively attract, screen, and register new candidates
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy intake to placement
- Deliver excellent customer service to both clients and candidates
- Work towards and exceed performance targets
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and legislation
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment (healthcare recruitment a bonus!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude
- Organised, with excellent time management
- Confident using recruitment software and Microsoft Office
- A full UK driving licence is preferred
