Full-time and part-time hours available | Up to 30.26 per hour | Paid training | Career changers welcome
At NursePlus Care at Home, we are looking for caring and reliable people to support individuals in their own homes across Plymouth.
You may already have experience in care, be returning to work or be looking for a completely new direction. What matters most is that you are compassionate, dependable and genuinely want to make a difference. We will provide the training, support and flexibility you need to succeed.
You will be helping people to remain safe, comfortable and independent at home. That might include providing personal care, supporting with medication, helping with meals and daily routines, or simply offering companionship and reassurance. It is a varied role where the small things can make a real difference.
We have both full-time and part-time hours available, with morning shifts from 7.00am to 2.00pm and evening shifts from 4.00pm to 10.00pm. The work is local and consistent, supporting regular clients across the Plymouth area.
In return, you will receive:
- Up to 30.26 per hour, depending on the shift
- Paid mileage of up to 45p per mile
- Paid, industry-leading training
- Funded NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications
- Ongoing support from a local team
- Clear opportunities to progress
You do not need previous care experience. We welcome people from backgrounds including retail, hospitality, customer service, education and healthcare. If you have the right attitude and a genuine interest in helping others, we can help you build the skills and confidence you need.
You WILL need a full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle, the right to work in the UK and a willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
This is a role where you can build trusted relationships, support people to live well at home and end each day knowing your work mattered.
