We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and established children’s residential care provider seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join their team in Northampton. The Role

As a Team Leader, you will support the day-to-day operation of the home, providing guidance and leadership to Residential Support Workers whilst ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment where children and young people can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, support and motivate a team of Residential Support Workers.
  • Promote the safety, welfare and wellbeing of children and young people.
  • Support the implementation and review of individual care plans.
  • Conduct staff supervisions and provide ongoing guidance and development.
  • Work collaboratively with social workers, therapists and other professionals.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Act as a positive role model for both young people and staff.
  • Support the home’s commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for children.
