About the Role:\\nNurse Care 24 is proud to be partnering with a leading provider of children's residential care services in their search for a dedicated and experienced Responsible Individual (RI). This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation that is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable children, ensuring they are supported in a safe, nurturing, and high-quality care environment.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Leadership & Compliance: Oversee the strategic management of multiple children’s residential homes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Ofsted standards.\\n\\n * Operational Management: Support Registered Managers in the effective running of homes, ensuring that the highest standards of care and safety are maintained.\\n\\n * Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews, audits, and assessments to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.\\n\\n * Safeguarding: Uphold and promote the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection, ensuring all staff are fully trained and compliant.\\n\\n * Staff Development: Lead, mentor, and develop care teams, fostering a positive and professional working environment.\\n\\n * Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with external partners, including local authorities, families, and regulatory bodies.\\n\\n * Financial Oversight: Ensure homes operate within budget while maintaining the quality of care and service delivery.\\n\\nCandidate Requirements:\\n\\n * Proven experience in a senior leadership role within children’s residential care.\\n\\n * Comprehensive knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.\\n\\n * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams.\\n\\n * Deep understanding of safeguarding and child protection protocols.\\n\\n * Excellent organisational and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex situations effectively.\\n\\n * A relevant qualification in social work, childcare, or a related field is highly desirable.\\n\\nWhat’s on Offer:\\n\\n * Competitive salary package reflective of experience.\\n\\n * The opportunity to work with a well-respected organisation dedicated to improving children’s lives.\\n\\n * Professional development opportunities and career progression.\\n\\n * A supportive and collaborative working environment
