We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Wellingborough. The home is Ofsted-rated Outstanding, registered as a three-bedded service, but has been utilised as a solo placement for the past two years, offering highly individualised care in a calm, supportive environment.
The organisation specialises in supporting children and young people aged 8-18 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). With low occupancy, the home fosters a family-style, nurturing environment, prioritising the wellbeing and development of the young person placed.
Responsibilities
