We are currently recruiting Residential Support Workers (RSWs) to join a children’s residential home in the EX1 area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people within a supportive, nurturing, and structured environment.

Salary: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour (dependent on qualifications)

  • £50 sleep-in allowance per shift
  • Full-time hours (based on approximately 12 shifts per month)
  • 24-hour shifts, typically 2-3 per week (often back-to-back)
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities

About the Role: As a Residential Support Worker, you will support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD), many of whom have experienced trauma. You will play a key role in creating a safe, stable, and caring home environment, helping young people build positive relationships, develop life skills, and achieve their personal goals.
