• Minimum of a Level 3 residential childcare diploma with a commitment to obtain a level 5 diploma if not already acquired.

• Providing leadership and guidance to staff members fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Developing and implementing care plans tailored to each child\’s individual needs.
• Collaborating with external agencies and professional professionals to enhance the quality of care provided.
• Upholding regulatory standards and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

£48,000-£60,000 plus bonuses
