Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding care, ensuring every child achieves positive outcomes.
- Lead and inspire your team, creating a therapeutic and supportive culture.
- Manage the homes daily operations, including service planning and development.
- Oversee budgets and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding requirements and relevant legislation.
- Collaborate with professionals to develop tailored care plans for each child.
Qualifications :
Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and childrens legislation.
- Proven leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Experience managing budgets effectively.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Flexibility to work on-call when required.
