Nurse Agnes Ltd is a growing CQC-registered nursing service providing mobile and clinic-based healthcare across London. We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the business.
Duties Include:
- Managing emails and enquiries
- Appointment administration and scheduling
- Document organisation and filing
- Basic invoicing and record keeping
- General business administration
- Assisting with business compliance and documentation
- Supporting the Director with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Willingness to undertake training and comply with company policies, GDPR requirements, and CQC-related standards relevant to the role

Training & Flexibility:
Initially, some in-person training and support may be required. Following successful training and a probation period, there may be flexibility to work from home for some or all of the agreed hours, depending on business needs and the successful candidate’s confidence and performance.
