Nuro Field Sales Representative (On-the-Ground)We are looking for a highly energetic, motivated, and reliable field sales rep to build and grow local retail accounts for Nuro, a functional energy beverage.
This is an on-the-ground role focused on:
Opening the right accounts
Supporting sell-through
Driving reorders
You will represent the brand in person and play a key role in early growth.
Compensation: Β£12.71 per hour (plus commission)
Key ResponsibilitiesVisit local retailers including:
Corner shops
Gyms
Health food shops
Pitch the product clearly and professionally
Secure listings and first orders
Account Management & Reorders
Follow up with accounts after listing
Encourage reorders through:
Placement advice
Sampling support
Maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers
In-Store ExecutionEnsure product is:
Stocked correctly
Visible
Chilled where possible
Support basic POS and activation when required
Reporting & CommunicationTrack:
Accounts opened
Orders and reorders
Feedback from retailers
Communicate regularly with the founding team
Required
Comfortable speaking to business owners and managers
Confident, reliable, and self-motivated
Willing to be on your feet and visit stores daily
Organised and able to follow up consistently
Previous field sales, FMCG, or beverage experience
Nice to Have
Knowledge of local retail landscape
Interest in health, fitness, or functional products
