Based in Fulham, London, we work closely with architects, interior designers and private clients to deliver design-led spaces with careful technical coordination and a high standard of craftsmanship. br br The role br We are looking for a polished, organised and client-focused Showroom Client Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our Fulham showroom. This is a full-time, on-site role, five days a week. Competitive salary, based on experience. br br Key responsibilities br • Welcome visitors and create a warm, professional showroom experience. br • Arrange and coordinate showroom appointments. br • Handle incoming enquiries and maintain clear, timely follow-up with clients and the NURA design and sales teams. br • Support the conversion of showroom enquiries into booked design consultations and maintain accurate follow-up records through to the next stage. br • Keep the showroom, material library and presentation areas immaculate and ready for client meetings. br • Support the preparation of samples, materials and meeting information. br • Keep accurate records of visits, enquiries and opportunities. br br About you br • Confident, articulate and naturally attentive to detail. br • Excellent communication, organisation and customer-service skills. br • A genuine interest in interiors, design, materials and luxury service. br • Experience in a showroom, hospitality, luxury retail, interiors or another client-facing environment is beneficial. br • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a small team. /p
