We’re looking for an experienced Production Shift Manager to lead and motivate our production teams at Nupharm in Salford. Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient operations and the highest standards of quality. With responsibility for managing people, processes, and performance, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a fast‑paced, regulated environment. While primarily a production role, we welcome applications from a warehouse manager with proven people management experience. Training for this role will be Monday to Friday, transitioning into either a Thursday to Monday or Friday to Tuesday shifting.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage production operations: Overseeing all routine processes to ensure products are produced and stored according to GMP/GDP standards and documentation.
- Team leadership and development: Allocate resources effectively, train, motivate, and support the Production Leadership Team, Zone Leaders, and operatives.
