Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in West Bromwich for an Import Customs Clerk. As an Import Customs Clerk, you will be responsible for guiding the company through the complex customs clearance process, ensuring compliance with regulations and minimizing any potential import duties. Other day-to-day tasks of the role will include:
- Maintaining accurate and compliant customs declarations
- Coordinating with freight forwarders and other stakeholders
- Producing relevant documentation
Qualifications
- Experience working with UK customs regulations and requirements - Minimum 2 years experience
- Ability to navigate customs procedures and produce accurate declarations
- Demonstrated experience working with freight forwarders and other stakeholders
