About working for Nuova Distribution UK. The Coffee Industry in the UK continues to be a very exciting place to be working and as a result of our ongoing growth in the UK with the Nuova Distribution team, we are now looking for a Sales Manager who will be the front line of Victoria Arduino Coffee Equipment for the UK, based in Camden Town, London.
Your primary focus will be on developing the relationships and sales through existing and new partnerships across England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. There will be sales targets to deliver via generating new business opportunities for Victoria Arduino, so you will need to be committed to making a difference and excited to meet new people and build relationships. You will have a full UK driving licence and be happy to travel throughout your territory, sometimes at different times depending on our customer’s needs.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential customers.
- Sales Negotiation: Understand pricing strategies and market dynamics to maximise sales revenue.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, technical support and CBC (Coffee & Beverages Community) to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Territory Management: Effectively manage your assigned territory, including prioritising sales activities, managing travel schedules, and optimising customer visits.
- Sales Administration: Complete necessary paperwork, such as sales contracts, purchase orders, and sales reports, accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Professional Development: Continuously improve your knowledge and skills through available training programs, industry events, and self-study.
Strong experience and knowledge of the coffee market. Excellent English language skills both oral and written. Coffee lover.
