The Role: As a Bodyshop Paint Sprayer, you'll be at the heart of the preparation and finishing process — delivering everything from minor touch-ups to full body resprays across a varied fleet of vehicles. You'll work as part of a close-knit bodyshop team and play a direct role in maintaining the high presentation standards the dealership is known for.
What You'll Be Doing: You'll:
- Carry out paint spraying on a wide range of vehicles, from minor repairs to full resprays
- Prepare vehicle surfaces ready for painting — including sanding, priming, and masking
- Paint mechanical, underbody, and miscellaneous vehicle components
- Match colours accurately and achieve a consistent, high-quality finish
- Work efficiently to meet turnaround times without compromising on quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment
What You'll Bring:

- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or Prepper in an automotive bodyshop environment
