We are currently on the lookout for a Service Advisor to join our award-winning Used Car supermarket in Nuneaton. If you are an experienced Automotive Advisor and would like a new challenge within a different company – then please apply today!

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the customer receives the best possible customer service and that they are aware of all products and services available.
  • Liaising with Sales department and managing fairly low customer bookings.
  • Initiating documentation and maintaining customer records and follow up systems.
  • Ensuring that all jobs passed for warranty/goodwill submissions are accurately invoiced and costed.
  • Monitoring progress of jobs in the workshop and advising sales of any delays or issues.
  • Coordinating front of house team and managing internal processes.
  • Attending and reporting at monthly management reviews.

Your background & skill:

  • Previous experience working in an automotive service operation is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work towards deadlines.
  • Confident and professional.
  • Good IT systems knowledge.
