The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
We are looking for a Bodyshop Controller who values perfection while achieving time schedules to ensure projects are delivered within budgets. The candidate must have a comparable role in an automotive bodyshop and recent experience working as a polisher/prepper, willing to carry out mopping and detailing.
Responsibilities:
- Painting a wide range of vehicles from minor repairs to full body respray.
- Painting vehicle mechanical, underbody and miscellaneous components.
- Coordinating the bodyshop team.
- Working closely with Sales Managers to ensure timely customer delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in an automotive bodyshop in a comparable role.
- Recent experience working as polisher, prepper, or similar, and willingness to carry out mopping and detailing.
- Keen eye for detail and pride in work.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Good people skills.
- Good communication skills and a positive 'Can Do' attitude.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Live within commuting distance of Nuneaton.
- Ability to work without constant supervision.
Compensation:
Salary depends on experience. Excellent rates of pay, overtime rates and a £250 monthly bonus.
