We are a leading global brand dedicated to creating Smart, Helpful, and Bold baby gear since 2007. Our business has continued to grow exponentially, and we are looking for an all-rounded IT Operation Specialist (m/f/d) to be part of its small team to provide IT support services across users, infrastructure and application system to facilitate its growth in our European offices.
This position provides the opportunities to explore different fields in Information Technology, and direct involvement in EU business & operations.
This role is a full-time office based role. Monday to Friday. From 9am until 5pm.
What you’ll do
- IT Support: Provide the first point of contact for all IT support requests (both hardware and software) for offices across Europe.
- Provide IT support covering the following areas:
- Install standard software and configure user devices.
- Manage Active Directory and user permissions.
- Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud environments.
- Assist with the installation and management of local servers, networking hardware, patches, and system upgrades.
- Support IT infrastructure and connectivity, including:
- VPN
- WiFi networks
- Firewall access
- Endpoint security
- Work with external vendors when necessary to resolve issues or support system implementations.
- Build and maintain clear technical documentation and support procedures.
- Application / Program Management: Provide technical support and maintenance for business applications, including Zendesk, GoSpotCheck, SAP, EDI, and e-commerce platforms.
- Work with internal IT teams to support the implementation and enhancement of application systems.
- Provide user support and training to ensure smooth system adoption and daily operations.
- Monitor and resolve system issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors when required.
- Gather and analyse user requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions or system improvements.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of experience in the IT field.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or Microsoft certifications (preferred).
- Strong, well-rounded technical skills in desktop, server, and network administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows/Apple System Administration.
- Familiarity with device management tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune, etc.) is preferred.
- Knowledge of firewalls, switches, and other network security technologies is preferred.

- Strong customer service mindset, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure when supporting internal users.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with a good ability to interact both internally and externally, and a demonstrated ability to convey complex ideas clearly and as simply as possible.
- Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Effectively prioritising and multi-tasking across multiple concurrent projects.
- Takes personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work, and achieves results with little oversight.
