We are a leading global brand dedicated to creating Smart, Helpful, and Bold baby gear since 2007. Our business has continued to grow exponentially, and we are seeking a Digital Acquisition Assistant (m/f/d) to support the digital strategy for our 5 global brands. Reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing, you will support our efforts to drive traffic and sales through search engines and digital advertising across Google and Amazon.
You will be relied upon to work independently, manage your own priorities, and contribute to both paid and organic search (SEO) goals. The role is focused across the EMEA, Australia and the United States, running ads and improving visibility across both platforms. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment—collaborating cross-functionally, owning deliverables end-to-end, and helping define processes where none exist.
What you'll do
- Support daily optimizations for Google and Amazon Ads to deliver maximum return on investment.
- Maintain high data quality across systems, including Google Merchant Center and PIM, to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
- Assist with weekly reporting tasks using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and Amazon Seller Central to help understand performance.
- Brief and coordinate creative and copy changes in line with seasonal promotions and sales.
- Assist in planning our SEO strategy for both Google and Amazon, using Ahrefs to track rankings and benchmark competitors.
- Perform on-page SEO tasks and help set up content to ensure our brands appear in AI-driven search results.
- Build relationships across internal teams to ensure our SEO and acquisition goals align with wider marketing plans.
What you'll bring
- At least one year within a digital marketing or SEO role. Working within an ecommerce retailer is a bonus.
- Ability to use data and numbers to drive logical decisions.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Ads, Merchant Center, Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and Amazon Seller Central.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills to effectively manage numerous activities and meet deadlines.
- Ready to handle the changing needs of a growing business and comfortable defining new processes where none exist.
- High level of accuracy in daily tasks and system management.
- Domestic & international travel may be required infrequently. A valid passport is required.
