We are looking for a Laser Beauty Therapist who wants to join an established and friendly team. Our environment suits an established Laser Therapist with experience operating industry leading lasers and IPL machines, including the Soprano Ice Titanium and Platinum. We will also consider if you're a new therapist who wants to learn and develop your skills; we will actively invest time and effort in your professional growth and provide full in-house and machine specific training as part of your induction.
In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we also offer performance incentives for bookings, sales and client satisfaction.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Croydon for a Laser Therapist with a minimum Level 3 qualification. As a Laser Therapist you'll carry out high-quality laser treatments, provide consultations to assess client needs, and create tailored treatment plans. Additional responsibilities include maintaining treatment equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and delivering excellent customer service to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
- Certified Level 3 qualification in Laser Therapy or equivalent
- Technical proficiency in performing laser treatments and advanced skin care procedures is desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
- Knowledge of skin types, skin conditions, and contraindications related to laser treatments and skincare
- Efficient time management, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality services consistently
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and compliance with industry standards
- Experience in a clinical, spa, or cosmetic treatment setting is advantageous
- Ability to remain professional and empathetic while addressing client needs and achieving positive outcomes
