We’re partnering with a well-known UK consumer brand to hire a Senior UX Designer for a high-impact piece of work focused on modernising and redesigning a customer loyalty experience. This is a fast-paced engagement with a clear delivery goal, working on a points-based loyalty scheme that needs to be brought up to present-day UX standards ahead of a planned launch later this year.
The role
- Take ownership of key parts of the loyalty experience, helping to simplify complex journeys and redesign core user flows across a customer-facing app.
- Leading the UX redesign of a points-based loyalty programme.
- Simplifying and improving end-to-end user journeys.
- Optimising login and sign-up flows to reduce friction.
- Supporting CRM-driven journeys and campaign experiences.
- Working closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
- Running and iterating on user testing to validate designs.
- Delivering at pace within tight project timelines.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience designing for loyalty programmes, rewards, or subscription products.
- Strong background in mobile app UX / customer-facing digital products.
