AI Engineers – Senior, Staff & Principal AI Engineers

We’re partnering with a global energy leader that’s transforming how AI powers decision-making across one of the world’s most complex and data-rich enterprises. Their AI Acceleration organisation is at the heart of this transformation, building production-grade AI systems that deliver measurable impact at speed.

As part of a 400+ strong global data and AI community, you’ll work on some of the most ambitious projects in the industry. Think AI agents uncovering commercial leakage across contracts and invoices, LLM-powered search and conversational platforms, generative BI tools, and AI automation systems that streamline operations across trading, supply chain, and customer domains.

We’re hiring across multiple levels; from Senior AI Engineers who love building and deploying robust AI applications, to Staff and Principal Engineers who can define architecture, lead cross-functional initiatives, and shape enterprise-wide AI strategy.

What you’ll do:

• Design and build production-grade AI systems using modern software engineering practices (CI/CD, observability, cloud-native design).
• Integrate cutting-edge AI technologies — LLMs, RAG, vector databases, AI agents — into scalable enterprise applications.
• Drive relentless automation and engineering excellence.
• Partner with data scientists, product managers, and business leaders to turn ideas into high-impact solutions.
• For Staff and Principal levels: lead architecture and technical strategy across multiple business units.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in software engineering (Python, Java, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex, Weaviate, etc.).
• Experience deploying AI systems in production environments.
• Excellent systems thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Salaries are dependant on experience but extremely competitive
