We are working with an AI-powered intelligence platform disrupting the debt capital markets - the world’s largest asset class. While equity markets modernised years ago, debt remains fragmented and legacy-driven. We are changing that by providing 9 of the top 10 global investment banks with real-time, AI-driven credit and legal data. We are entering a massive growth phase following a recent $50M Series B. To support our expansion into the US and the diversification of our platform, we are hiring three Senior Product Managers to lead our Deals, Permissions, and Legal squads.
This isn’t about maintaining features; it’s about owning a domain. You’ll lead a cross-functional "Three Amigos" squad (Product, Engineering, Design) to solve complex data challenges and deliver a product that currently boasts a 98% customer retention rate.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead a cross-functional squad to own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
- Partner with Engineering and Design leads to translate complex market needs into scalable solutions.
- Define and execute a high-impact roadmap for your specific domain (Deals, Permissions, or Legal).
- Conduct deep-dive discovery with sophisticated users at top-tier banks and hedge funds.
- Bridge the gap between complex financial data and intuitive, AI-powered user experiences.
- Communicate product vision and progress directly to the C-suite and internal stakeholders.
- Drive commercial outcomes by identifying new opportunities within the debt intelligence space.
- Learn a complex, trillion-dollar domain rapidly to become a subject matter expert.
What They’re Looking For
Essential
- Substantial experience in full-lifecycle Product Management within B2B SaaS or Data products.
- Scale-up DNA: You have successfully navigated the transition from "early-stage" to "high-growth."
- High-energy leadership: You are an inspiring communicator who leaves teams feeling energized.
- Technical fluency: Proven track record of working as a peer to senior engineering leads.
- Strategic autonomy: Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear, prioritized roadmaps.
- Domain agility: A history of quickly mastering complex, niche, or technical industries.
Nice to Have
- Experience within Fintech or Capital Markets.
- Previous exposure to AI-native products or sophisticated data-crawling technology.
Why Join?
- This is a rare chance to join a "soonicorn" at a strategic inflection point. You will have a seat at the table in a company that values operational discipline over clunky corporate processes.
- Significant Equity: Receive a substantial one-time equity grant upon joining that scales with your tenure and impact.
- Global Mobility: The ability to work from abroad for up to 3 months every year.
- True Ownership: High levels of autonomy within a squad model designed for speed.
- Wellbeing: Private medical insurance, 7% matched pension, and income protection.
- Longevity: A 1-month paid sabbatical after five years of service.
- Location: Hybrid flexibility (2-3 days) in a modern, high-energy Tower Hill office.
We believe great product leaders come from all walks of life. We are looking for passion, curiosity, and the ability to learn - not just a checklist of past industries. If you’re excited about this mission but don’t feel you meet every single point listed, we’d still love to have a conversation with you.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
