numi is partnered with a high-growth, seed-funded AI startup building the next generation of autonomous AI for Client Services. Our client is designing multi-agent systems that genuinely operate inside complex enterprise organizations, understand rich context, and take real-world action. With a freshly signed seed round and a clear path to $2M ARR by 2026, we are assembling the Founding Engineering Team to build the core platform for scale.
The Role & The Challenge
We are hiring four Founding Engineers to shape the architecture, product direction, and technical culture from the ground up. You will work directly with the CTO and CEO in a low-bureaucracy, output-focused environment where your early architectural decisions will define the product for the next 3–5 years.
Core technical hurdles include:
- Multi-Agent Orchestration: Designing a "Master Agent" to route tasks to specialized sub-agents.
- Persistent Memory: Engineering systems that maintain dynamic context and recall per user.
- Action-Oriented AI: Safely integrating agents with business tools to execute actions autonomously.
- Enterprise Security: Architecting strict data boundaries and complex permissioning.
What You Bring:
- Strong backend/systems engineering experience (Python/Django/Langchain Agentic stack) with a recent focus on LLM application layers (e.g., agentic workflows, complex RAG, React).
- A proven track record of designing highly scalable architectures and integrating external APIs.
- Startup DNA: You are a builder who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
- Bonus: Previous founding team experience, deep knowledge of enterprise security, or hands-on work with multi-agent orchestration.
Location: London (Hybrid, 2–3 days/week to build culture). Exceptional remote candidates considered with London onboarding.
