Numi are currently partnered with a fast growing SaaS business building digital products that power everyday customer interactions across mobile and web. They are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of customer facing experiences, from discovery through to delivery and optimisation. This role sits at the heart of how customers engage with the platform and how those experiences translate into commercial impact.
You will work on highly visible products used at scale, partnering closely with engineering, QA, and commercial stakeholders to shape what gets built and why.
The role
This is a hands on product role with real ownership. You will be responsible for defining what great looks like across key customer journeys and turning insight into shipped improvements.
- Owning and improving end to end customer journeys across mobile and web products
- Shaping and prioritising a roadmap that balances customer value, business impact, and delivery reality
- Running discovery to identify the right problems to solve using research, data, and stakeholder insight
- Translating problems into clear outcomes, metrics, and well defined product requirements
- Working day to day with engineers and QA to guide delivery and maintain quality
- Measuring success post launch and using learnings to inform future decisions
- Improving how the product function operates and how work flows from idea to release

- A Product Manager with 3 to 5 years experience working on SaaS products
- Strong experience with customer facing features and digital journeys
- Comfortable working across growth, engagement, retention, and UX improvements
- Commercially minded and able to link product decisions to business outcomes
- Confident communicator who can align technical and non technical stakeholders
- Experience in hospitality, retail tech, payments, ordering, or similar environments is a bonus but not essential
