Following a period of hyper-growth and reaching major valuation milestones, the company is at a strategic inflection point. They are moving from a founder-led setup into a sophisticated, multi-vertical scale-up. As the VP of Product, you will act as the Lead Operator, reporting directly to the CPO. You will own the day-to-day execution across multiple functional squads, allowing the CPO to focus on long-term strategy and AI-native futures.

Responsibilities- Operational Execution: Own near-term delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and consistent velocity across several vertical product squads.
- Management of Managers: Build and lead the leadership layer, mentoring current managers and scaling the organisation beyond individual contributor management.
- Optimising Delivery: Implement robust success metrics and data-driven frameworks to transition the team toward a proactive, disciplined delivery model.
