numi | UK (London / Remote with monthly London travel)
We’re hiring a GTM / Sales Recruiter to help build one of the most commercially important and fast-moving parts of numi. GTM recruitment in London is one of the most competitive markets in the UK right now — so we’re open on location. You can be based in London, or work remotely from places like Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol (or elsewhere in the UK), with travel into London approximately once per month for team time, collaboration, and client meetings. We care far more about impact, capability, and ambition than postcode.
The opportunity
You’ll be working with high-growth tech companies that are scaling their commercial teams, helping them hire the people who directly drive revenue and growth! That includes roles across: Account Executives, Sales Development, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, RevOps, Marketing, and broader GTM leadership.
This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, building, crafting relationships, and operating in a fast moving, high performance environment, without needing a rigid, office-first setup.
What you’ll be doing
- Building long‑term relationships with founders, CROs, VP Sales, and senior GTM leaders across the tech ecosystem
- Running end‑to‑end recruitment processes across GTM & Sales roles
- Driving new business development and growing your own client base
- Developing and deepening existing client partnerships into long‑term relationships
- Mapping markets, building talent pipelines, and staying close to commercial hiring trends
- Working closely with a collaborative, high‑trust team where people genuinely support each other
- Helping shape how we grow and evolve our GTM recruitment offering at numi
What we’re looking for
We’re open on background but what matters most is your ability to deliver, build relationships, and operate commercially. You’ll likely have:
- Strong experience in recruitment (ideally within Tech Sales / GTM / Commercial markets)
- A track record of managing recruitment processes end‑to‑end
- Confidence in new business development and growing client relationships
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A commercial, proactive, and self‑driven approach to your work
- A genuine interest in technology, startups, and how companies scale
- The ability to work autonomously in a remote or hybrid setup
Why this role, why now
GTM recruitment is one of the most in‑demand and competitive spaces in the market right now, and demand for exceptional commercial talent continues to grow across the UK and internationally. Our customers are asking for our support in this area, and it’s a space we are keen to invest in. At numi, we’re building a modern recruitment business focused on long‑term partnerships, quality delivery, and a genuinely strong candidate and client experience. We’re intentionally flexible in how we work so we can attract the best people — not just the closest ones. This is a chance to join an already strong foundation and help shape the next phase of growth in our GTM practice.
What you’ll get
- Highly competitive base salary, uncapped commission, quarterly & annual bonus
- Remote‑first flexibility (UK‑based) with monthly London collaboration
- Access to our high‑quality client base across high growth tech companies
- Full ownership of your desk and market
- Clear progression as the GTM practice scales with you
- Team trips, socials, and regular in‑person connection in London
If you’re looking for a role where you can build real relationships, win business, and grow a GTM desk with genuine autonomy, we’d love to speak with you!
