The CISO function is being built for what comes next, and product security sits at its centre.
This is the head of product security, owning the most engineering-facing pillar in the CISO function.
You're embedded in product squads, not sitting above them.
You'll own the full developer security toolchain (SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets scanning) integrated across all CI/CD pipelines, run the security champions programme across engineering, and chair the weekly Vulnerability Review Board.
Release sign-off here is risk-based: approved, conditional, deferred, or escalated.

You'll report to the CISO and work directly with engineering leadership.
In 12 months, the right person will have a fully operational toolchain, a champions network that engineering actually values, and a vulnerability management function that's trusted, not tolerated.
