Numi are hiring on behalf of a leading UK professional services firm for an experienced Data Architect to help shape and evolve their enterprise data landscape. This is a hands-on role focused on data integration, master data management, and analytics, working closely with engineering, BI teams, and external delivery partners.
You will define data models, integration patterns, and end-to-end data flows across core business systems, ensuring data is trusted, governed, and fit for reporting and decision-making. You will also play a key role in shaping master data domains, data quality rules, and stewardship processes as part of an ongoing Master Data Management implementation.
The role includes contributing to the firm’s Data Governance activities, helping to embed standards, definitions, lineage, and quality controls across systems. This is an office-based role with hybrid working options.
What they are looking for:
- Several years experience in data architecture, integration architecture, or senior data engineering
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modelling, and SCD approaches
- Experience designing enterprise integrations and data flows, ideally using an iPaaS platform such as Boomi
- Experience or strong exposure to Master Data Management
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Fabric, or similar
- A pragmatic, delivery focused approach with the ability to work hands on with real data
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with both technical and business stakeholders
