Who We’re Seeking

We're looking for an Associate Frontend Engineer ready to take real ownership of their work — no years of experience required, we'll help you grow. A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to collaborate across engineering and beyond. Any familiarity with Vue, Tailwind, AWS, or Terraform is a bonus — our senior team will upskill you on the rest.

What You’ll Do

  • Build features for our web-based UI using our core technologies — Vue & Tailwind
  • Write robust, tested, production-grade code.
  • Deploy infrastructure using AWS and Terraform
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product managers
  • Learn modern software engineering practices and deepen your knowledge of the finance industry

Process

  • Phone call with the CTO (20 mins): An intro to your background and the role
  • Online Coding Test (1 hour): Demonstrate your technical approach
  • Coding Test with Developers (1 hour): Collaborate and show how you work
  • In-person Team Interview (1.5 hours): Meet the team and dig deeper
  • Final call with the COO (30 mins): Explore the company vision and your fit.
