They're looking for someone who will:
- Lead the technical design and execution of their AI product, ensuring quality and alignment within the team. You'll be responsible for setting the technical direction and ensuring that the team is working towards a common goal.
- Manage sprint-level deliverables, keeping the team on track and removing any obstacles. You'll need to be a proactive problem-solver, able to anticipate challenges and find creative solutions.
- Communicate technical decisions to leadership, balancing product needs and long-term scalability. You'll be a bridge between the technical team and the executive team, ensuring that everyone is on the same page.
- Establish and maintain best practices for code quality and development, ensuring that their AI platform is robust, scalable, and maintainable. You'll be a champion for quality and a mentor to your team.
