Their mission is to streamline secure remote access and authentication for digital and physical use cases. They specialise in award-winning technology and advanced AI solutions, offering unmatched resilience against emerging deepfake and generative AI threats.

As the recognised leader in consumer-facing secure biometrics, they are now aggressively expanding their expertise into a new sector. They are seeking a Head of Product to champion this exciting new business line. This is a greenfield leadership opportunity where you will take full ownership of the product line.
You will be the central hub for the product strategy, roadmap, positioning, and Go-To-Market (GTM) approach for this critical product pillar. The product currently has a beta version built and is entering the crucial stage of finding Product-Market Fit (PMF) through initial customer conversations.
How You Will Make an Impact
As the Head of Product you will be responsible for all aspects of product success, including:
- Vision & Strategy: Define and evolve the product vision, value proposition, and strategic roadmap for our workforce solution suite, ensuring alignment with enterprise customer needs.
- Leadership & Team Building: Be part of the leadership of a 12-person product team. While initially an individual contributor with no direct reports, you will define the standards for Product Management best practices and have the potential to build out the team as the product scales.
- Customer Discovery: Conduct deep discovery with enterprise customers, IT security leaders, and partners to identify pain points and buying behaviours in the USA target market.
- Roadmap Ownership: Translate user needs into clear, prioritised product requirements for maximum impact and feasibility.
- Go-To-Market: Partner extensively across commercial, marketing, and channel teams to shape launch plans and sales enablement.
What We Look For In You
You are an experienced Product Leader who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced tech environments, combining strategic vision with operational rigour.
- Proven Product Leadership: Experience leading the strategy and roadmap for enterprise-grade solutions.
- 0-to-1 Mastery: A track record of taking a product (not just a feature) from initial concept, through finding Product-Market Fit (PMF), developing the GTM strategy, launch, and iterative refinement.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM), security, or enterprise B2B SaaS. Specific experience with workforce platforms and employee identity management is key.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to work cross-functionally across Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, translating the company vision into a clear product and technology roadmap.
- Data-Driven: An analytical mindset, using data as evidence to inform decision-making.
- Highly Desirable (Nice-to-Haves):
