In this role, you will lead a large-scale department of over 80+ technologists (Software Engineers and Architects).

  • Partner closely with Product and Design teams to drive the overall product roadmap for key business capabilities.
  • Act as a key voice in technical design reviews, ensuring a clear and consistent approach to engineering practices.
  • Liaise with and manage senior enterprise stakeholders (primarily US-based) to provide clear cost/risk trade-offs and paths forward.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven Leadership: A clear track record of managing and scaling large software engineering teams and driving high performance.
  • Technical Credibility: Real-world experience with modern architectures, specifically native developments within AWS.
  • Security Mindset: A strong understanding of the latest cybersecurity trends and how they impact software engineering practices.
