As Senior Delivery Lead (Platform), you will join one of the UK’s most successful high-growth fintechs, building purpose-led payments infrastructure for in-person commerce. In a short space of time, they have disrupted the market to process billions in transactions annually for hundreds of thousands of customers.
You will be the master of execution for the Platform Engineering function. While the Lead Product Manager defines what they build, you will define how they deliver it. Sitting within the Platform team, you will act as a strategic peer to the Lead PM, Heads of Engineering, and Senior Staff Engineers. Your mission is to drive the adoption of centralised infrastructure across an organisation of 300+ engineers. You won’t just be tracking tickets; you will be unblocking teams, managing complex cross-team dependencies, and ensuring that our ambitious roadmap translates into predictable, high-quality delivery. This is a critical, high-performing Individual Contributor (IC) role. We aren’t looking for someone to fill spreadsheets; we need a relentless un-blocker who uses a "pull" approach to help product teams adopt new platform capabilities.

- Own the Delivery Lifecycle: You will manage the end-to-end delivery for three critical infrastructure squads. You are responsible for cadence, predictability, and ensuring they hit their deadlines.
