Our clients keep coming back (over 90% repeat rate, which in recruitment is basically unheard of unless you’re doing something right…). What you’ll do:

• Own a slice of the tech world (AI / Product / Engineering: pick your battlefield)
• Build relationships people actually remember you for
• Win business without begging for it
• Work candidates like a human
• Use AI tools that do the boring stuff so you can focus on the actual money making conversations
• Basically: do recruitment properly. Just faster, sharper, and better rewarded.

What this role is NOT:

• A sit quietly and hit KPIs environment
• A place where ideas go to die in meetings, processes and red tape.
• A corporate ladder you’ll spend 5 years climbing for a tiny raise
