We’re looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to join international consumer brand who are currently building a new and evolving digital products team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring delivery excellence—guiding teams to balance new feature development with system reliability and long-term scalability.
This role is central to creating outstanding customer experiences, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enabling teams to deliver quality outcomes that align with strategic goals.
What you’ll be doing…
- Iteratively delivering software using agile methods—ensuring smooth, predictable progress without unnecessary process.
- Supporting, coaching, and mentoring a multidisciplinary, self-organising team.
- Embedding a culture of quality, focusing on performance, maintainability, security, and resilience.
- Translating business requirements into achievable delivery plans, aligned with team capacity and capability.
