If the answer is yes (to at least the first 2 questions) then read on… This is an exciting opportunity for an established Consumer Insight Director (or an aspiring Client Manager ready for the next step) to work with two of the world’s leading FMCG manufacturers in Mondelez.

You’ll partner with ambitious client teams who look to us to inspire, guide and challenge their thinking. Your work will directly influence strategy across some of the UK’s best loved brands, including the Cadbury's portfolio, Green & Blacks, Toblerone, Philadelphia and Oreo to name just a few. Alongside the opportunity to work with iconic brands, this role offers significant personal and professional development. You’ll be the daily key point of contact for the Marketing & Insights team at the client, with the chance to own how we deliver insight at the highest level.

Role Description (What you will be doing)

  • Own and elevate client relationships, delivering high‑quality, insight‑led outputs that influence decision‑making.
  • Lead day‑to‑day client servicing, including managing insight requests, training support and data queries for the Marketing & Insights team.
  • Represent the business confidently on‑site with clients, from briefings and workshops to insight presentations and collaborator engagement.
  • Play a key role in delivering against account objectives and shaping, developing and implementing account plans.
  • Collaborate closely with the Principal Consultant to identify and develop additional revenue opportunities, growing our partnership with Mondelez.
  • Maintain outstanding servicing standards, with a focus on data accuracy, attention to detail, responsiveness, proactivity and clear communication—driving strong client satisfaction and review scores.
