Worldpanel by Numerator is looking for a client-focused and commercially aware Global Delivery & Performance Manager to lead high-quality insight and project delivery to our global subscription clients, with a focus primarily on the personal care, beauty & grooming industry.
The role sits within Delivery & Performance and works closely with Strategy Management & Enterprise Partnerships pillars, as well as Operations and Data Science teams. The primary focus will be on global clients in personal care and beauty, including some of the largest players in the industry. There will also be opportunities to build expertise across food, beverage and out of home consumption data as well as entertainment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, connecting data to business questions, and turning insight into clear, targeted storytelling. You will be responsible for ensuring contracted clients receive clear value from their investment, while also supporting renewals, identifying opportunities for growth and helping establish scalable ways of working as the global proposition develops.
You will report to the Usage Care team leader and work closely with both Strategy Managers and Enterprise Partners as they secure new projects for the delivery performance team to deliver. Your success will come from pairing strong industry storytelling with nurturing trusted client & internal partnerships, and strong workload management discipline.
What You’ll Do
- Drive delivery excellence and insight quality
- Own insight and project delivery for new and contracted clients, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, commercially relevant and easy to act on.
- Partner with Strategy Management to ensure every delivery includes clear insights, strong “so-whats” and a direct link to the client’s business outcomes.
- Connect data to the central question
- Translate consumer data and category understanding into focused, actionable stories. Ensure analysis answers the client’s real business question — not just the brief on the page.
- Challenge and shape client thinking
- Work with clients to sharpen briefs, pressure-test assumptions and guide them towards the questions that will create the greatest value.
- Own client management and renewal support
- Own day-to-day client management for contracted accounts, building trusted relationships based on credibility, reliability and strong delivery.
- Ensure high engagement and satisfaction levels across client networks, proactively identifying churn risk early and supporting contract renewals, with the aim of upgrade where appropriate.
- Improve delivery, ways of working and scalability
- Help establish clear ways of working across workload management, resource planning, offshore briefing, quality control and automation.
- Identify where AI, dashboards, recurring reporting or standardised processes can make delivery smoother, more scalable and more effective.
- Support improved client ways of working, including service reviews, satisfaction tracking and regular feedback loops.
- Collaborate across the growth engine
- Work closely with the Strategy Managers, Enterprise Partners & broader Global Vertical functions.
What Success Looks Like
- Clients clearly understand the value of their subscription.
- Deliverables are insight-led, commercially relevant and linked to business outcomes.
- Client satisfaction, engagement and renewal readiness are actively managed.
- Churn risks are identified early and mitigated proactively.
- Renewal and upgrade conversations are supported with clear evidence of value delivered.
- Strategy Management, Enterprise Partnerships and Delivery & Performance work together effectively.
- Global clients experience consistent support across markets, categories and datasets.
- Workload, offshore briefing and resource planning are well managed.
- Opportunities for automation, quality control and improved ways of working are identified and progressed.
- Best practice is shared across verticals and markets.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in consumer insights, data, analytics, research, client success, account management, consulting or a related field.
- Confidence working with complex clients, ideally in beauty, personal care, FMCG, retail, media, entertainment or adjacent consumer sectors.
- The ability to challenge client thinking constructively and shape better briefs.
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to connect data to a clear commercial question.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- A collaborative style, with experience working across teams, functions, markets or domains.
- Strong organizational, workload management and resource planning skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to spotting churn risk, growth opportunities and delivery improvements.
- Curiosity about consumer behaviour, global categories and how data can support better business decisions.
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, business development, or commercial growth.
- Experience with subscription data, syndicated research, automated reporting or global client delivery would be helpful, but is not essential.
The Person Who Will Thrive Here
You are curious, collaborative and commercially minded. You enjoy working with clients, but you are not purely reactive — you ask good questions, challenge where needed and help people get to clearer answers.
You are comfortable working with data, but your strength is turning information into meaning. You build trust quickly, manage work calmly and care about both the quality of the output and the way the work gets done.
You will thrive in a team that values openness, pace, good judgement and mutual support. We are looking for someone who shares context, helps others succeed and brings a constructive, positive approach to solving problems together.
