Our Grocery Retail team works with many of the biggest retailers in the industry. As part of a team supporting one of those retailers, you’ll have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the fast-paced world of retail whilst making use of the full suite of Worldpanel capabilities to deliver against their needs. You will benefit from being part of a supportive team of retail experts working together to identify the big stories in FMCG. In this role, the successful candidate will also need to commit to on-sites with our client in Bradford twice a week. The Retail team is the source of much of the thought leadership for our UK business, so this role also opens up the opportunity to be a key part of this effort. If you’re looking to stretch your insight skills, develop your industry knowledge and work with some high profile clients this could be the role for you.

Key Outcomes: What does success look like?

  • Clients: Day to day client management, working in a small team to develop relationships across the client's business.
  • Account Development: Grow & advance how clients work with us, giving them practical insights and the confidence that we are the right partner for their needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team as well as other areas across the business to deliver outstanding service to the client.
  • Insight: Use our data to tell compelling insight-led stories based on business questions, demonstrating your knowledge and expertise of our services.
  • Revenue: You will have a Commercial target and work with your team to identify leads, by finding and developing conversations, maintaining strong client relationships and being close to their key business questions.
