We're looking for an experienced Consumer Insight Director, or a high-performing Client Manager ready to take the next step, to join the team leading one of our most exciting client partnerships: Mondelez.

This is an opportunity to work with one of the world's leading FMCG organisations and influence strategy across some of the UK's most iconic brands, including Cadbury, Green & Black's, Toblerone, bel Vita and Philadelphia (to name a few).

You'll work alongside ambitious client teams who rely on us to inspire, challenge and guide their thinking.

Through insight-led storytelling and strong consultancy, you'll help shape key business decisions and unlock opportunities for growth.

Beyond the brands, this role offers significant personal and professional development.

You'll take ownership of a major client relationship, lead and develop a talented team, and play a key role in shaping how we deliver outstanding insight and service to one of our most important partners.

Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Impact Build, own and elevate senior client relationships, becoming a trusted partner who influences thinking and decision-making.

Lead the day-to-day management of the Mondelez account, ensuring consistently high standards of client service and delivery.

Translate complex consumer and market data into clear, compelling and actionable insight-led stories.

Deliver impactful presentations, workshops and consultancy that inspire action and create value for clients.

Challenge client thinking constructively, helping them uncover new opportunities and make better-informed decisions.

Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach and develop team members, creating an environment where people feel supported, motivated and empowered to succeed.

Raise the quality of insight delivery by embedding best practice in analysis, storytelling and client engagement.

Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Account Growth & Commercial Performance Develop and execute account growth plans that strengthen and expand our partnership with Mondelez.

Partner closely with the Principal Consultant to identify commercial opportunities and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Proactively seek ways to add value, enhance the client experience and position the team as indispensable partners.

Operational Excellence Maintain exceptional servicing standards across all aspects of delivery, including responsiveness, accuracy, communication and attention to detail.

Represent the business confidently on client sites and in senior stakeholder interactions.

Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, effectively and to the highest quality standards.
