As a Research Associate with the Numerator Pre-field Team, you will focus on delivering high-quality work for assigned projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building surveys in Qualtrics and/or Alchemer
  • Deploying and soft-launching surveys using Atlas
  • Managing quotas and fieldwork
  • Performing quality checks on field data
  • Creating report links
  • Drafting tab plans for final crosstabs
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for U.S. team members

Shift Timings:

  • General Shift: 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. IST
  • Late Evening Shift: 5:30 PM IST–2:30 AM IST (5 days a month)

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (any field) with a passion for marketing, research, and account management or growth
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-confidence coupled with strong presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with large data sets is a plus
  • Experience in Python and/or JavaScript is a plus
  • A logical mindset to handle intricate logic
